Emotions tracker
Use a simple 1–5 scale to notice emotional changes and stop if tension rises.
| Stage | Emotion level (1–5) | What to notice |
| Before play | Stress, boredom, pressure, irritation | |
| During play | Urge to continue, anger, faster decisions | |
| After play | Relief, regret, exhaustion, calm |
A simple guide for the scale:
- 1 = calm
- 2 = slightly tense
- 3 = distracted or pressured
- 4 = frustrated or emotionally pulled in
- 5 = highly stressed, angry, or unable to think clearly
The goal is to notice triggers early. If your tension rises during play, that can be a sign to stop rather than continue.
Platform tools
Some platforms may offer safety tools if available in the account area, profile, or settings. These can include time limits, deposit limits, betting limits, temporary pauses, or self-exclusion options. Their general purpose is to help users create boundaries before a session becomes impulsive or stressful. Because platform layouts and available features can vary, it is better to describe these as possible categories rather than assume they exist in every case. If such tools are visible, they may help support a personal plan. If they are not visible, manual alternatives can still be useful, such as setting a phone timer, using a fixed entertainment budget, muting notifications, or logging out after the planned session ends.
